Overall agreed but the paper towels part didn’t seem that offensive to me. You could pour the fat out instead, sure, but paper towels do soak up the fat too and are easy enough to use for this, and as a clumsy person may be easier and more convenient. I don’t usually have a need to drain fat from my meals and haven’t ever tried paper towels, but idea wise it seems like a better idea than the rest of the video
