It’s a chart to show what country the turkey is named after in various languages. For example, the Malay word is based on the word Dutch, the Croatian one is named after Peru, ect. What’s interesting is that only one country on here is native for turkeys (USA), but it’s not one of the ones for whom turkeys are actually named after
