Both Kpopsource and Hallyu Central were made by refugees leaving AKP after great wars with the owner. For some reason this one survived but the other didn't.

i was already part of ks even before hc was started so i didn't really migrate from hc per se but i was a member of the forum from the beginning till the end

I remember looking at both KPS and Hallyu Central back in 2019. The latter appeared to have way less activity, so I came here.
