Me
Specifically about homonyms in languages and because its me specifically about food. I have 2, 1 English and 1 Russian. The English one is hot meaning spicy and hot meaning a high temperature. This one is more excusable because spicy also exists and can be easily clarified if someone asks but still why. The Russian on is the fact that butter and oil are the same word, maslo (in Latin characters). Again, it's usually clear from context, and for most people easy to clarify, but as someone who's not stellar at Russian it can be harder to remember the words to add to differentiate each one (specifically thinking of butter, I use the differentiating word so rarely that if someone asked me for it it would take me a few seconds to remember, while some would be easier, like olive. But vegetable oil would be hardish too).
