There’s the moonlight tower. Basically a big tower with a light that covers a few blocks.They’re called moonlight towers because they produced so little light that calling it just a light tower would be inaccurate In some cases, they actually just failed (like in Minneapolis)

Then we’ve got the revolver mousetrap. It’s how it sounds. Politely, wtf. The patenter also suggests using this for houses as a way to arm them against robbers. It comes from Texas if that explains things. I don’t know if it was ever actually used or produced.

Also the impulsora. Basically cross early steam train technology with horsepower and you get this. It used 2-4 horses and the output was about 2-4 horsepower. Who would have thunk. Seems like a total of 1 was produced ever.
