Downside: It’s possible that it’ll disappear if/when Croatia and Serbia decide to agree on the border. Then again that’s not the likeliest of things to happen
But yeah as a summary it’s a bit of land between Serbia and Croatia that both countries actively don’t want. So some random Czech guy decided to make a micro nation there. Until last year no one could get inside because Croatia would arrest or fine you if you tried which was awkward for the citizens that were told they could live there by the Czech dude but apparently that’s fixed now so yay? Also no taxes and no gun control but it’s small so eh So, would you want to live there?
