Chenle pros and cons of going:

Pro:
He was popular soloist before nct
His family is wealthy within china
He is younger than all of wayv so be a new maknae

Con
Chenji will be split up
He will lose his kpop fan base
His soloist popularity may be over as he left for korea and been so long
Doesnt suit the masculine china vibe


Renjun pros and cons of going:
Pro:
He is a strong vocalist for wayv
He will bring some fans with him

Con:
Doesnt suit the masculine china vibe
He is half korean so may not sit well..
NCT will lose a fluent chinese member who can speak korean fluently
NCT will lose there strongest vocalist out of dream what is potential for a new unit

I think Chenle suits the masculine concept, especially as he ages.

I feel like Renjun will be the one to go into WayV since SM loves to push the “Chenji” (Chenle and Jisung) agenda and fans will probably be heartbroken if they spilt up. They’ll probably have maybe a subunit together or SM will just create a whole new subunit for all the graduated dreamies (like Jaemin, Jeno, Chenle, and Jisung being in a whole new “graduated” subunit)
