It´s not an easy job, but the reward must be pretty immense. Lots of idols seem to rely on their managers and have this family-like relationships / best friends-like relationships. Also, I guess if you work for someone successful, the salary is probably not low. Sure, you have to sacrifice your personal life, which I wouldn´t personally mind. Plus, you don´t have to be a manager forever :).
so, who would you choose and why?

id rather be the manager for an older more established group so that their fans are calmer and they themselves are hopefully more mature. It would make my job easier especially since they would hopefully know what they're doing most of the time.
