I had literally JUST gotten home from therapy last Friday (as in, at the front door, home) when I fell backwards on the doorstep and cracked my skull open. I spent over two hours in the ER... well, I was initially seen rather quickly, but the visit itself is what took the longest. They ended up gluing the wound shut and giving me like seven stitches. If it's not one injury, it's another...

thanks for all the kind words, y'all! I'm doing fine now, actually. My head hurt for the first few hours, but I took some Tylenol, and that worked well.
