Why are all my Spotify ads in French? (1 Viewer)

there was alot of Youtube adds on my phone and computer that were in Korean, especially the Mcdonalds adds

the most common factor for ads is location, specific ads target specific audiences in their select countries, if the country you live in has multiple official languages then you could have multiple such as in this case, using a vpn or phones settings also affect the language. ads also take into consideration your activities on other third party apps so you getting korean related ads could be tied to your searches about kpop and korea.

in some cases it could also just be a glitch but usually its related to the user
