i don't know what it is with bg songs but every single one of them sounds the same and i dont see any differences in the choreo either? i feel like companies are more willing to experiment with girl groups and always go the same sexy route with boy groups im not hating on any boy groups tho, they work hard

in all seriousness i think i agree to some extent. i wouldn't say they all sound the same and i don't even like the "experimental" songs both from girl groups and boy groups so i'm glad not everyone is going that way but most of my favourite boy group songs were released over 5 years ago so i wish they would bring back that sound. after all i guess they just don't make songs like the chaser anymore

Meh, i fail to see what is similar about TXT's Run Away and WayV's Love Talk tbh...

I also fail to see similarities in SVT's Home:run choreo and NCT's Make a Wish choreo

I agree, but it's mainly just the more recent boy groups for me. I've yet to find a more recent one that holds my interest like U-Kiss did.

Opinions I guess... I mean, in the end I prefer to listen to good music over experimental so I'd pick boy group music any day.

Also are you serious about the choreos? Boy group choreos are a million times more interesting and unique than girl group choreos. With girl groups there's like only a select few that actually have interesting choreos but the rest are basically recycled and reused in one way or another. They're not fun to watch at all.

I don't stan any newer groups except for ATEEZ for this reason. Most guy groups do not experiment except for NCT and ATEEZ in my opinion who have their own sound and style. But most guy groups stick with the concepts that I feel BTS popularized in the hopes they'll blow up too.
