It's because the other kpop fans 'intensity' gets buried as they are less than them. If you look deep enough you will see the same intense people everywhere.

All K-pop fandoms have intense fans, it's just that BTS has more fans in general. Simple math, let's say Group A has 1000 fans and Group B has 10000, if toxic/negative fans would be 10% of a fandom, then Group A has 100 such fans while Group B would have 1000. Same procentage but the numbers are very different from each other.

Imma go ahead and voice what a few others have said; the bigger your fandom, the higher percentage of crazies there will be.
