googled that and while I can see the issue, I really do need it, it helps me really well in multiple ways and other AI's are not nearly as capable at performing the same tasks

I'm not sure what you're asking. Those terms are only offensive when used to deny transmasculine identities. Tomboy describes a form of presentation, it's not related to identity. Demiboy and demigirl are gender identities, so those aren't replacements. I've never even heard someone use those in place of tomboy

I don't think it's bad you don't know. It's not like they teach it at school or anything. I think it's bad you don't know and yet you have such strong stances on certain topics pertaining to it

I actually have, people now associate Tomboy with sexuality and gender identity even tho its really more of a style, I have seen and experienced this
