It looks more natural and gives a soft and feminine appearance. Sometimes they fill them in a little too lightly but I don't feel like it's an issue in this photograph, it just looks like there's a filter on the photograph making it look a little softer. Darker brows are much more of a statement, I mostly see it in sexy or girl crush concepts but ITZY's makeup artist probably wants the girls to appear more youthful and energetic rather than full girl crush.
