Why do kpop content creators think its a great idea to have long intros? (1 Viewer)

Especially on YouTube Shorts or TikToks. Like I am not gonna what a video that has a 30 second intro just to find out which kpop idols are least or most biased.​

In MVs they want to tell a story. Problem is, a MV isn't a movie. A long intro, or even movie-like interludes (the worst method of telling a story in a MV) doesn't work (at least for me). If you can't build up tension with the song itself, it will not happen at all.
