thats so real bc i found out i have acid reflux and i hate that it wont digest

It has to do with the body’s ability to digest the material. If you eat a chunk of metal, it won’t digest. If you eat something like a piece of apple, it mostly will. Fiber also doesn’t digest easily, it’s why eating a lot of it helps you deal with constipation and such. Corn contain a lot of fiber, so it often passes through pretty undigested.
