The activity peaks are pretty random here. Sometimes, it gets super active and other times, it's pretty much dead. Most of the users are here are older and have jobs or college so everyone has a set time they can log in and be active. Randomly, a bunch of users log in time align and then the activity peaks. Since the ACTIVE community is still pretty small, the alignment happens like only once or twice a week and that's when it gets super active.

^Literally can't believe I wrote a paragraph about the activity on KS lol.

I’ve gotten a bit bored with forums lately so I don’t post very much. I also have school and some work to do for the forums.

It depends on the day i guess, on a average day we have like 200 of our registered users out of the 1000+ who visit the website daily and not everyone visits everyday, like 40% of those 200 users are our daily visitors, 10% of that 40% are our hardcore forum users who stays on the site for more than 10 hours daily, so in the end we just have to spread our forum to more users so we will have more daily active posters. To make this short, not all of our 1k users visit the site everyday, that would be great though.

Edit - When we were at our peak around march, we had more users who were active, like 500 users visiting daily and being more active with an average online time of 3-6 hours per user. It was also before school started for most of our users?

Edit - We have people who are registered too but are lurkers, those who enjoy just reading stuff in the forum.

Exams and work together are definitely a bad combination. That's all I can say for me. I haven't been on or commented on any post for a while

Isn't this the second thread about the same thing already

We don't have as many daily active users as other forums so there is bound to be less activity.
