I wouldn't say every company is bad as there are companies which are pretty good with treatment of artists but they do end up flopping in other areas like Loona seem to be treat pretty well by BBC but the downtime now is a bad point against BBC because it's not good for them to be away this long in their rookie years.

I can't think of a single company that doesn't have a flaw though so having the bar for a good company be a perfect standard is an unrealistic standard and with some of the companies that do leave easy openings where they could do more on the table even in spite of that the bigger picture can tend to be that they do alright as a company.
