I wouldn't. I showed the clip to a friend who is more liberal with substances than myself and she said that's what it looked like, except he was interrupted midway. You can actually see his bandmate look down at what he's doing and then basically kick him, which is when he finally sits up. Also the glass breaking excuse is sketchy, why would someone breaking a glass make you put your face towards the table?

also his face was near the basket with the bottles, i'm not saying i have experience in that kind of stuff obviously but i doubt he would find a way to snort it off the table when it was lower

Germany went for a meme, didn't work out this time

I think UK was ok, but just super generic. There were some other generic songs that got too high scores in my opinion, but i get what plp wouldn't vote for it too forgetable.
