Rough translation:

"Greetings, this is WM entertainment.
We would like to express sincere appreciation to all the fans who always love and support B1A4.

We have been discussing various aspects of Jin-Young (Jeong Jin-young), Baro (his real name: Cha Sun-woo) and the future B1A4 that have been together for the last 7 years but in the end concluded.
As a result, we decided to maintain B1A4 with Shin Woo (real name: Shin Dong Woo), Sandeul (real name Lee Jung Hwan), and Gongchan (real name: Gong Chan Sik). However, we will not exclude the possibility of yet again extending to five members in the future and we will continue to discuss it.
We are sorry to inform you of the sad news despite the support and encouragement of the fans and we are pleased to inform you that B1A4 will be able to meet fans with better music.
We apologize once again for failing to meet our fans' expectations and we ask for your unwavering support and warm love for B1A4.
Thank you."

Well i was kinda sad cause i thought they were going to disband... but well this actually makes me almost not sad at all... i'm not a stan or anything and no offense but Baro was never my favorite part of any song and Jinyoung either really... so i'm curious to see how they do as 3

I hope they'll continue to drop and create great music even without Jinyoung. They have one of the best discography's within Kpop.
