Yeah it's for the best to create a clear separation in my opinion as well since unless it's in a scenario where a group will reunite as soon as the opportunity is available then you'll just get people talking about a potential comeback while the members are just doing their own thing.

Kpop has this weird mentality where people avoid saying they're leaving the group to focus on their own things like you're banned from ever returning once you say that and I never understood it.

Honestly I was lucky that I kept up with some kinda obscure information about Oh My Girl since RBW said at a company thing that Hyojung, YooA, Seunghee, Yubin and Arin re-signed early last November and then some time after another article came out which 6/7 members had re-signed. That only left Mimi or Jiho leaving and considering WM didn't state the contract status of Oh My Girl to me that indicated that one of them was 100% leaving otherwise they'd have wanted to get that news out there.

When the news came out I was better prepared for it because of that otherwise I would've been a mess
