I remember one time I was awoken by a cramp on my calf and it hurt so bad it was the worst.

i once had this cramp on the lower right side of my stomach, and i thought i had appendicitis. it hurt so bad, i could barely move, and i was so stiff the whole day
i hope nothing like that ever happens to me ever again

Calf or foot generally.

But Period cramps, They generally are mostly bad, some are crippling to the point I have to stay in bed and sometimes cause me to vomit.

But its nothing like having a torsion, which is when your ovary twists on itself awkarwardly cutting the blood supply to it, dangerous stuff, you need to go straight to the hospital of it happens. When I had one didn't know what it was I felt like I was dying luckily it untwisted it self which isn't very common it does.
I have pcos my periods are generally a nightmare, but torsions are more likely especially cause my ovaries are cyst filled.

I have had cramps in my foot where it literally felt like someone was stabbing the exact middle of my foot. It comes randomly, but I haven’t had it happen in ages. Luckily it goes away very quickly.
