I'll be honest I ate some cheese out of a drawer after it had sat there for a couple hours unrefrigerated. Nothing was wrong with it and it didn't upset my stomach but it still felt like something I shouldn't have been doing

ahh but a few hours is not too bad
the milk had been out there for like days
