I would never tbh it’s just too much of a risk to me. I hope that whoever is actually needing to be brought from one place to the other is able to get there with someone else’s help though. It just scares me.

I'm sure the hitchhiker would run away after he saw the state of the inside of my vehicle.

The short answer is no. Normally its just me and my kids, so I wouldn't' want to put them in danger.

I’d only pick up hitch-hikers for short rides and if they look friendly. I remember my mom picking up a young teenage girl one time and helping her get further along the highway. She was trying to get quite a ways away. She had a small backpack and a guitar and cuts on her wrists
