a week without the internet mainly because i cannot survive without sleeping three times a day

Easily no Internet, I hardly use it generally grew up half my life without it.
Especially since going a week without would actually destroy your grasp between fantasy and reality and your brain will start to debilitating..and rare cases can lead to death.
