Have the people around you be honest and rude, or dishonest and polite (to your face)? So basically the first one would have people telling you you suck because xyz while the second would have people acting ever so sweet to your face and the second you walk away they’re shit talking you.

Id actually prefer the first, even though I’m a bit sensitive The second makes me too paranoid everyone hates me secretly

Honest and rude. I already think people think badly of me and even tho i am sensitive i get anxiety much more from people complimenting me cause i feel like i cant trust it. If i knew everyone were honest to the point of rude i would definetly have that so i dont feel uncertain. And it doesnt mean people are always mean to you. Just no sugar coating and harsh honesty
