Never be able to eat hot food again, or never be able to eat cold food again? In both cases you can eat warm.

Id say hot. I love cold drinks, but not that many cold foods are really exceptional imo. Hot food just tends to taste and feel better. And hot food in winter also feels better than cold food in the summer

Never be able to eat hot food again. About 70 % of my meals are some type of salads anyway and almost every fruit can be eaten raw. 'Never eat hot food again' doesn't mean that I can't prepare fish and poultry before eating. I'd be pretty fine with just warm chicken or fish with salads.
