I really don’t know whose decision it was, but you can’t really judge much after one digital single from a band in an idol company. Something isn’t sitting right with me in this statement.

Going by the statement and teaser, it looks like all six members are still there too, which is the main thing. I hope they’ll be more active now (and that their next release is a physical)

I have no idea what could've caused the hiatus maybe one of the members had to take a break for personal reasons and they chose not to disclose it. There was no hints of a scandal or controversy either ? I don't know anything public that could've caused their hiatus. I hope to hear from them soon, the last time we saw them was at Wonpils concert and I missed them sm
