I decided I need to deal with the long cable and lack of place to put the power bank, so I wrapped the cable around the pole and wrapped most of the remainder inside the semi hallow base. The last little piece of the cable goes out the back of the base and connects to the power bank, which is inside a pumpkin with a hole in the back for the cable.
