Yeah YG Family actually used to feel real and you could see how close they actually were coz they supported each other, hung out with each other, and it never felt like the company forcing them to do so.
They also never put VIPs against Blackjacks or anything lol.

Now you have Rose randomly promoting Yedam on Instagram and it's so obviously coz the agency told her to lmao.

Yep, even if YG definitely used Big Bang to promote 2NE1 (they had multiple songs where Park Bom featured and even did joint commercial song together), but it didn't feel like their collabs were taking anything away from BB or forcing them to do stuff together. Even with Epik High, the collabs felt natural and from mutual interest. But, it changed with WIN, pitting iconics and inner circles against each other.

Yup, when it was just BB and 2NE1 they were hanging with each other pretty often and just playing around like brother and sisters. Compared to them the new groups just feel isolated from each other, even if there is still some friendships between members of groups, but it's not whole groups. And that still seems to be different case with Blackpink again, you mostly see them hanging out with each other
