Yes, I was expecting him to fight a bit more but I guess he doesn't want to drag this issue any longer. The second part of the trial would be held in October 28, idk how the korean law works but I'm guessing they'll wrap it up that date. I don't think there will be big punishment for him, maybe a fine or something but not jail time as people are talking.

Now that you mention it, I wonder how this is going to affect Seungri's case... It's been a long time since I heard something about it, so I don't know what's the status of the case.

I think seungri was not related to burning sun case that happened there, he was one of the investors there yes, its a normal way to open a club by being one of the directors, i think he was caught in kakoa chat for sex bribery, like securing business deals with prostitutes which he continues to deny but his business partner admitted .
