I will talk about the 2nd time I quit since the reason was simple.

The reason why I quit was because I said I was going to quit the mod team if I made the editorial team (the HC articles teams). At that time, I was a mod and also part of the social media team on HC. I didn’t want to overwork myself by doing 3 different jobs. I got accepted in the editorial team, so I quit the mod team.
