The oven has a built-in shutoff timer, and I've gotten into the habit of using it every time I use the oven.

Ovens don't lose heat easily after shutoff anyway, so it's no big deal to restart the oven if I need to extend the baking time.

I think ours does too but I don’t use it (tbh I think chances are at this point it could very well no longer work). It’s true they don’t lose heat quickly, but I’m lazy so if I had to reset it each time I’d probably get annoyed, even though it isn’t a big task Especially since I like to get the exact temperature even though I know it’s not a big deal, and the dial can be annoying to get the right amount.
