But there is one cool part to it, I have photos of the inside of my knee and you can't deny that's pretty unique to have They're not gross or anything either. I don't understand most of it (he did explain them to me but not knowing medical stuff makes it hard to follow), but I do understand a couple things and they're just cool to look at (imo)

Okay so the blueish things that look like threads (1 in the first photo, 2 in the others except last) are in fact threads of some kind, they basically sewed my meniscus back together (the meniscus is cartilage in the knee that acts as a shock absorber). The last photo shows my torn acl as well as blood that came from the tear.

More or less. My knee is a tiny bit less flexible still but otherwise I’m pretty good Havent tried too much hard exercise yet though, just basics like handstands and roundoffs

If I do more exercise in general it’ll improve even more but it’s practically like my other one now
