IDK, I don't see how this is on the same level of KIOF. Which was two Americans participating in racist stereotypes that they sure as hell knew, even if the other two Korean members didn't fully understand all the nuances. And Julie is 25 years old. Again, she understood exactly what she was doing and knew it was disrespectful.

Young Posse is all Korean members, and the oldest is 20. It's entirely plausible that they thought they were doing the respectful thing by replacing the word.
