Mine is in Hawaii
I know it sounds so typical but I have a reason. I went there years ago and while we were driving through a forest, we pulled over and ran into some stalls selling fruits. There was one woman who was selling coconuts. She pretty much had my current life but was miserable at around 40. Didn’t have much and decided to pick up her life, sell everything and move to Hawaii. Her life wasn’t luxurious but she was happy selling fruits with the wonderful people she met living in a tiny room.​

My plan is to go back to Ireland and live in a small cottage

as long as I live in a peaceful country. I want to live a sustainable life in a cottage with my own garden. sure, I´d still have to go to a supermarket here and there, but I´d love to know that I could grow ... things. I´d also love a pet around me, be it a cat or a dog. somewhere where I would be far from people but not totally alone, knowing that there IS a nice neighbour nearby but not like right behind my back.

just peace and quiet would be nice. as for the country, anything with forests and reasonably okay weather (without natural extremes)

This sounds like a youtube channel ive been into lately, Isabel Paige. Makes me want to escape and live how she's living. Her videos are edited beautifully too. And she has two cats.Cozy and hardworking

If this could ever be called retirement...... Living a fulfilling life doing what I love for money. If that's not retirement, then I don't wish or plan on retirement.
