Girl crush concepts - They're overdone and not many groups do them well.

People hating on groups or their fandoms - You're allowed to have opinions but why are you actively choosing to be an asshole?

Putting 3 songs + 1 instrumental and having the AUDACITY to call it a mini album.

Activities pre-debut - Lock them in the basement to train we can meet them after they debut; you're just taking away valuable training time.

i agree with most of what has been mentioned here already.

ending fairies were especially awkward during audience-less covid times bc of the added silence. that shit was hard to watch. that would have been a great excuse to get rid of them entirely, but instead they leaned into the awkwardness.

its kinda incredible considering how bad most kpop companies are, but the fans easily manage to outdo them.. for me also the worst part and the one thing that ruins the kpop experience the most..

just thinking of all the times a group I like had a comeback and I went to happily check it out, just to be bombarded with hate from all sides

Variety shows where if the groups fail at something they have to skip an entire meal. Even with Ateez failing constantly KQ wasn't heartless enough for that in Wanted which was honestly a breath of fresh air
