yes, I would say more than 50% bc outcome is influenced by what country you are born, environment you are born in, and your genes

I would say at most 50 since yes by birth certain people are more "luckier" than others
but what we do in life matters...

there are so many people that squander life's choices or make "bad" choices then complain about it later...

for example I am a stronger proponent of the chinese quote

"those who don't study young will regret it when they are old"

and study here doesn't just mean school and "homework"

but rather improving yourself with knowledge - there's so many resources at one's fingertips and with the internet often for free

Sure, I think so. But as someone born in a "3rd world country" I really dislike when people have victim complex and blame the environment for their lack of success. Because yes, you have it harder than someone born with privileges but it is not like you couldnt change ANYTHING.
