And don't give me that "school just started up and people are busy" excuse. I've seen it a thousand times.

I think we are in the final days of kpopsource :(

It had a good run but nothing lasts forever.

hey !! nice to see you, even if the topic is rather sad

i mean, since i've joined, it's always been a bit dead (for lack of a better word), but there are still dedicated users that make it a fun place to be. i like that it's a small, close-knit community, even if it can be a bit too small at times. i find it busy enough to keep me interested, personally but that could be because i post to almost every thread, so it seems like it's more active than it is because of how many notifcations i get

i hope it's not the end, i've made so many friends here, and this is the only forum i feel comfortable on

- Time difference, a lot of users are in euro times I've seen
- people have jobs
- some people may have children
- less able to access the internet
- not allowed/ blocked if they use a school computer
- only get on for cards, that's how it kind of is
- they forget to get on
- some may start losing interest in kpop, and or the forums
- study too much
- having fun outside of this forum
- no longer have a reliable device to check their KPS account
- hiatus
- got canceled
- thinks no one on the forums likes them (true story)
- no ideas of what to post

From my morning time until about late evening the forum is pretty active tbh. That's about 8-10 hours of decent activity on KS most days.

it's during this time (early UK/EU hours) when KS is far less active.

We're waiting for ur full time cb @Drew_B, if u hv time n interest to return to active status on KS otherwise KS is really doomed(i think its a function of timezones , plus number of active users maybe-if we had more active users distributed among time zones: KS might be more active from ard 8am KST till 00:00 kst but nobody controls who joins here n wants to be active so....oh well, at least its active from 00:00 kst till 8:00am kst (i think tats the same time tat @OnlyCalB mentioned too, no wait did u mean evening till ard 1am/2am ur time calb? Im confused) i think it starts being active when its late night here till early morning then its sporadic throughout the day until it starts being rlly active at the same time again. Cycle rpts, rinse again. Then dry.

Activity starts sometime in the morning. eclispoul, darkseid and a few others are usually around then as when I get on about 2PM there's a number of threads + card requests that have come in through the morning to 2PM (which is 2 hours before midnight KST).

Then from 2PM there's a bit more activity until the boom/highest amount of activity at 4PM (midnight KST) which lasts until late evening.

Some days it certainly does keep active enough until about 1am-2am UK time though, like today.

Well…from my time here, I’ve always found that there’s always people on. It isn’t really big and I’m glad; then it feels more like a community. I’m on other forums and compared to them, KPS is buzzing. I mean, I’ve only been here 2 months, but I’ve always found that there’s always people online. I don’t think KPS is dying.

i am just done with covid and its related drama.
the $%@#$@#$ in governments are never going to give back all the power they stole.
and it has sucked most of the joy out of life.

kpop and reading are the only fun things left in my life, and izone broke up :)
