For me its the time I was reading a book [The Raven Cycle] and took three whole books to figure out Persephone is pronounced Per-Seh-Foh-Knee... Not Purse-Uh-Phone... I don't know where my head was. . . And then there was the time when I thought Maryse was pronounced as My-Riss instead of Mare-iss... I can write a 150+ page thesis, but basic pronunciation of names stump me

Ha, I would love to have a two way memory erase of me and and my ex friend Sam. Our entire 10 year friendship was one train wreck after another. We both said and did things that were stupid. I’d like to forget at least most of it.

When first meeting someone who was/is a musician n played the saxophone (i dont clearly rmbr, it was too long ago n reading this thread resurrected the long buried memory) i said i liked Lisa Simpson (again very long time ago) n the conversation/tat person took a downturn for the worse, (i mean tat the conversation went nowhere fast-we stopped talking, it was a friend of an acquantance i think so no biggie)- i was so embarrased to reference a cartoon character playing saxophone to a musician n it put a damper to my day then. I cringe at myself doing so. So thnx for creating a thread tat resurrected my memories there may be others iv thankfully forgotten tho.

Just like ur thread, my memory of my dumbness in my youth was long buried(at least the incident i wrote about), hopefully nth else comes to mind(or maybe i dint do anything dumb in my misbegotten younger days, nahhh-im pretty sure im just forgotten most of my follies iv done/said n its just faulty memory. HaHaHaHa

Way too many things... Giving into peer pressure too much, Trying drugs as a teen, getting married way too young instead of going to college and many more. Giving up things in high school that I loved like art.. Thankfully though I don't give into peer pressure now as an adult and no more drugs since trying them. Not worth it.

Yeah, i chkd n page 40 is when the replies from 10~19 July last were posted in Chill Zone, so specific. If i rmbr for next daily quest i might just follow this example (since i rmbr wanting to reply to some of those [wow, 1 and a half month old topics] but felt burnout trying to keep up with each topic then] since thots percolated n might hv fully come to fruition by now. LOL
