Was naver the outlier? I know for the longest time it was Mnet.
Lately I did see folks much higher on naver than other sites.
And Bugs is so tiny and fickle that folks target it.

I will need time to see how Flo charts in relation to the others.
I actually thought this was happening in FEB.

Recently naver was the only one preventing some artists from reaching paks, but if what marko said is true, flo will be much more strict.

It would be easier if they remove Naver because right now, Naver's real time charts are a mess since they act as a trend chart. What's in the top 5 on Melon's daily could be out of Naver's real-time, which actually happened to Hwasa's Twit lol. Not sure about this FLO though. Is it a music portal or does it just do charts?

Not just Hwasa, basically anything that was ruling #1 everywhere was not on realtime charts but sorta charting on daily, making it a mess. Here's Park Bom being #10 on Daily, but not charting in Top 100 real-time, which is bullshit.

FLO is basically Spotify (Korean version) and they introduced their own charts, will be only Real-Time, not Daily. Naver has been trying to rebrand to VIBE for the past two months but it still hasn't happened. So instiz is now considering exclusion of Naver.
