oh wait .many people wake up in the afternoon

do you spend time stretching to wake up ,sleep back after waking up or wake up right away?

I usually wake up a few times and fall back asleep before I get up for real, but that’s always in the morning around 8:30 ish when I actually get up for real

Turn off my alarm and face the window for a few minutes. Then count down from 10 to get up

Depends what it is I'm doing..
If I need to be somewhere I'm up, cursing the sun as I do so but I get up straight..
If it semi important... I have 5 min interval naps before I actually get up this can take like 15 to 20 Mins.
