I feel like most of them are sturdy enough to hold unless you move it around like a whirlwind, always thinking of that one NCT video where the top just flew off

Have you seen how aggressive some fans get with them? Also the wrist straps on most aren't adjustable, so you're just hoping the thing doesn't fly off. Idk, heard one too many stories about lightsticks breaking or going flying to not worry, lmao.

I'd hope they wouldn't be aggressive I especially just would try to be careful with it cuz I easily break stuff

I've been to multiple shows now and lemme tell you, there are some fans who shake those things like they're trying to bludgeon someone to death. I always kind of have fear if there's someone with a lightstick directly behind me.

Tbqh the one that had me the most worried was when I saw Seventeen in LA. The fans behind us were obnoxious the ENTIRE night, screaming lyrics off key, what I can only describe as 'flail dancing' and just swinging the hell out of their lightsticks. I was bumped/hit more than once.

Like, I don't mind people having a good time, singing, doing fan chants....But when you're colliding with the person in the seat in front of you, who can hardly hear the group because your off-key scream-singing is drowning them out...You need to chill.

This is so entirely true. They lacked all decency. Have a good time but make sure your enjoyment of the evening doesn't ruin someone else's. They also had a tendency to talk loudly amongst themselves during ments and VCRs. While I really enjoyed seeing Seventeen, I just wish it had been easier to enjoy the show.
