I have it was just a really boring day, really gloomy looking outside and I really just didn’t want to do anything but sleep, so that’s what I did and honestly I don’t regret it one bit. I woke up the next day feeling fresh as heck.

I usually don't take naps; but sometimes I take a nap in the afternoon, usually that happens after having had a night of insomnia. I rarely take more than one, I don't remember any; but maybe.
