It looks like you're one thread short, and you cant request the Halloween deck anymore, that was a limited time event

i made another thread and instead rare batch 1 then so maybe i can get vixx

rares can only be requested once weekly and only after collecting your dailies for at least 6 days within the same sunday-to-sunday week
you can request korean general, korean deck 1 or korean deck 2 for dailies which are the common cards but give u a small chance of pulling a rare/limited if you're lucky

ok this is the third time the card system got me confused ever since i got back
im starting to get demotivated a little
it used to be simple lol
there is too much info and not much clear to me when i read threads like i mentioned earlier as well to vikki with info that was not updated
or am i really stupid and not reading things correctly

....ok so now after typing that, your info is literally at the bottom lol of the first post, that ain't clear enough when you read the first half
and there is a lot of text in that post

but now you mention it, i do agree the op might be a little overwhelming and confusing to new users actually.. like you said, top of the page shows how to request a daily but doesnt specify what decks specifically you can request until you scroll past some other information that is not related to requesting newpulls

It has TLDR information/sections for anything you may need to know about how to request cards, based on each small update we add to the TCG.
