Yep... Years ago I was working for a certain company. My supervisor and managers basically put all their workload on me while they got to spend time doing whatever they wanted. It really pissed me off because I wasn't even supposed to be doing those duties. eventually I had enough and walked out. They told me I was not allowed back after that. LOL.

I think in the last 4 years, I have had 5-6 jobs and I currently only have one, I think the shortest I have stayed in a job was 3.5 months while the longest was 1.5 years. So quitting ain't a new thing for me lmao

I quit jobs when I need to move out of state.

because I kind of go back in forth from campus to home during the year. When I'm home, I'll get a job near there, and when I'm at campus, I'll get a job near there. It's usually something new. I haven't really stuck to one workplace when I move back to places...

There was one job that I had years ago where I left my job but I didn't quit..... I just stopped turning up and they never contacted me as to why

when i was 14 i was working at a community building in the summer (they have basket ball courts, summer camps, stuff like that)
i quit because they promised me 6 dollars an hour but they never paid me after 2 months of working

some for the moving state to state deal, others for cause :)

Sadly at times its the best way to make more money.
Very rarely will a company give existing employees raises of any significance.

it is a pain in the butt though, finding new work. Ya gotta think it through.
many folks prefer to have a new job lined up then bail.
I have made emotional leaves though.

i have pushed it until i was so burned out that it took months to even start looking.
