My favorites are the second and third generation!

I also liked the fifth generation, because story-wise it's my favorite, but the Pokemon were kinda meh

2nd Gen was just amazing

I still remember that episode of the sisters that had the eevee evolutions and it was amazing

Unova was amazing too i agree the legendary pokemon in that gen

I feel like it was under-appreciated for a lot of reasons. People were butthurt Brock left the anime, and in the first black/white games you could only catch Unova based Pokemon. However I liked the idea of a reset, the Striaton siblings are adorable and Black2/White2 are my second favourite games after Platinum.

I started with Ultra Moon for the main series games, so Gen 7.

Sword was not as good (esp without me having ns online) to be honest (it's a decent game, but not much to do post game), but hey, hopefully the Gen 9 games are better!

While I did start off with Gen I of Pokemon, my favorite generations have to be Gen II and Gen IV (Gen VII is a close third for me).

After the first generation, I could not keep up. So, it's only first generation for me...... when the animated Pokemon TV series said there were only 150 types.

Gen 4. I was obsessed and it was the first pokemon game i played that i actually understood english and got to understand the story in its entirety. And i also love making poffins and that pokemon competition mini game.
