This is going to sound weird but I'm personally worried about IVE.
I REALLY like them as a group and my personal bias is Liz.
BUT I watched their episode of Weekly Idol and noticed how the MC's seemed to mostly focus on Wooyoung and Yujin.
Before I watched this I stumbled upon this video:



I think some of the information in this video is a bit outdated.
You can read the comments and find out as well.
But the part about IVE is one I believe in all honesty.
I'm genuinely worried they'll just become Wonyoung/Yujin and friends.
Not to mention the girls really seemed like they were the center in Weekly Idol.
It felt awkward having the two tallest and most well-known members standing between the lesser-known members.
Like they were the centers.
After watching the episode it's clear the group is filled with talented girls.
But it just felt super awkward at the same time like it was centered on Wonyoung and Yujin.
(Please don't take this as hate I really like IVE and have no beef with Wonyoung & Yujin-I firmly believe the bias is from the company NOT the girls forcing it)​

it was going to be an issue no matter what starship did. They have 2 network music show mc's both have a boat load of commercials .
Wonyoung's Innisfree deal could run as long as Yoona's did.
Yujin is doing Pepsi adds.

I do think Rei stood out, they are leaving space for Liz to shine vocally.
To me the other members held up in the variety sections.

i really like that they made em all live together for 6 month pre debut, but even that had to be hard as teh 4 would be training and i am sure annyoungz were booked pretty solid.

1. Stupid reason.
2. I don't think the concept is Girl Crush. I'd understand if it was a sexy concept but it honestly isn't one and if someone is making it sexy they are perverts. I haven't seen Lee Seo wear anything that is inappropriate for her age so far.
3. Wardrobe isn't the girls' fault. This reminds me of all the stuff with Jennie. I want the company to be fairer to the others.
4. Personally I agree with this one. When a group starts out a company isn't supposed to let the girls constantly go off on their own. I know in this situation it's different because Yujin & Wonyoung have already debuted prior. But the second the group debuted they both should've dropped most of those activities to focus on the group since that's what happens with MOST rookies. They NEED to focus on the group most of the time.

I think I'm in the minority when it comes to the concept and outfits. But like also I stanned GP Basic. Also, does Girl Crush mean something different? I'm reading all the comments on the video and everyone is saying it's too sexy...Girl Crush isn't supposed to be sexy it's supposed to be an empowering style that's more masculine. The concept and style they gave was more elegant and powerful.

I think if they planned on debuting the girls at the time they did they should've prepared to have ALL the girls mainly focus on the group which is what most companies do with their newly debuted groups. Then when they become more stable as a group with a more stable fanbase they can move onto doing more solo promotions.

The company ultimately has a say in what the girls do and I think Starship is showing bias with the two. Which is going to negatively impact the group as a whole. That's normally how it goes. I don't know if they just didn't like how they did things with WJSN after I.O.I disbanded or what but I think this is an equally bad route to take...

All Rocket Punch have done since Ring Ring has been TikTok challenges (I unfollowed them on Instagram because they annoyed me so much)
I love the girls and their music, but Woollim aren’t a nugu company, but they have the feeling of one.

There was this person yesterday who allegedly works for Nature's company and they said that fromis_9's comeback song was supposed to be Nature's, but their comeback was scrapped
I mean, it can be true since there are a lot of small companies who can't afford to pay their staff properly and maybe fromis_9's company bought the rights for the song

But it's just stupid from the person to reveal something like that and not explain the situation properly, bc fromis got a lot of hate bc of it

Snsd Yoona was acting constantly from pre debut.
Taeyeon was doing monster ost's
multiple girls had radio shows.

no way the agency is walking away from the commercial money, the Pepsi and Innisfree deals will pay for the the entire run of the group most likely.
let alone Miu miu ect.

They will have to get creative and find a way to promote the other members.

Just think what Sakura and Chaewon will be like in big hits group. Although big hit has gone dark with em if it backfires we will see.
i am positive that is why Minju did not join em too, killing the momentum she has not is not worth maybe the group putting her back to where she is now.
