Genshin Impact seems to be really popular (1 Viewer)

I went to an Anime/Manga store today and they sold soooo many Genshin Impact stuff like figures, keychains, dolls…

The design of the characters looks so nice, but I have no clue what the game is about
Since it became so popular, maybe there is a chance they make an Anime based on the game?

Oh yeah it is HUGE! I played a bit, I totally see the appeal but I personally got tired of gacha games and grinding a lot, I've done it too much with others games. I would watch the anime if there was one.

edit: and by huge I mean, even normies, non gamers, casuals, they know about the game. My coworker at work plays it, she doesn't play any other games and never really played games before. You know a game is big when even the casuals play it too.

It's trash on the phone, harder to aim. The best experience is on PC.

reading the dialogue in game is kinda....... annoying so i think id enjoy the story much more if it was animated

bilibili in particular has picked up a lot of ips in recent years, but I think the only major precedent of chinese game to tv adaptation were the chinese paladin series way back in the early/mid 2000s

I've played many mmorpg [which is what Genshin amounts to] but I never got passed lvl 26 on a character until Genshin. From WoW to Aion to Rift to Shaiya to Archage to Blade & Soul.. I've played them all, but got to lvl 40 only on Genshin.
