You put the band around your wrist, grab your hair you wanna put in a ponytail with the same hand, then with your other hand pull the loop over so it’s over your hair instead of your wrist

the loop will be loose so twist it and loop it over your hair again

For the front hair not to get messy make sure to make it sit flat with your hairbrush btw.

i gotchuu im a pro at this.

so you have to put the hair tie on your dominant wrist, and then use the same to actually hold up the hair so you can tie it. then, take your other hand and pull it off your hand until its around your hair. now, your other hand should be around your hair (as well as the tie) just loop it again and go back and forth with both hands and you're done
